We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of events beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law Tri-Swimming accepts no liability for any of the following: 

  • any business losses, such as loss of profits, income, revenue, anticipated savings, business, contracts, goodwill or commercial opportunities;
  • loss or corruption of any data, database or software;
  • any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.

Tri-Swimming engaged in rendering medical advice, nor does it hold itself out as qualified to do so.

We strongly recommend that you seek professional medical advice before embarking on any diet or exercise program.

Any exercise program, even in healthy individuals, carries risk. You have a responsibility to exercise you own personal judgment, as well as any other considerations, before acting on any of the content provided by us.

Any training program will have been prepared on the basis of information provided by you. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information that you provide to us. You are responsible for informing us of any health issues or medical conditions when asking us to prepare a training program.

The information set out in any training program may relate to certain contexts and may not be suitable in other contexts. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not use the information we provide in the wrong context.

You are responsible for informing us of any health issues and pre-existing medical conditions when you ask us to prepare a training program.

Expected Results

While we believe that for most people following our programmes and methods will lead to desired results, all exercise programmes depend on the individual. Results will be affected by the effort and commitment of the individual. In some circumstances even where an individual follows our programme, they may not achieve the desired results. We therefore provide no warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to:

a)The effectiveness any techniques, diets or programmes that we deliver; or

b)The results that you may achieve following our training programs.

Medical

We are not medical practitioners or registered dieticians. We strongly recommend that prior to commencing any diet or exercise regime that you consult a medical practitioner and/or registered dietitian first.

We have no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise or diet on a medical condition.

You acknowledge that when participating in any exercise program that there is the possibility of physical injury.

Signing up

You must ensure that the details provided by you upon registering or at any time are correct and complete.

You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provide when signing up by updating your personal details to ensure we can communicate with you effectively.

Service Disclaimer

www.tri-swimming.co.uk acts as a platform for personal training and provides the platform to connect with local clients. You may arrange a phone consultation or trial session to determine your long term goal. Any subsequent agreement entered into (including any associated payments made for training) is between you, and the personal trainer, and your legal relationship for training is therefore with your trainer. We work closely with healthcare professionals. Any agreements (including financial &legal)that you build with them are between you and the healthcare professional. Tri-Swimming will have no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of acts, errors or omissions of healthcare professionals. Arising out of or in connection with, the use of or reliance on, the information, content or materials included or referred to on this site. Specifically, we do not undertake to resolve, intervene in or manage any dispute you may have with any healthcare professional. 

Validity, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Sessions can be purchased under our subscription membership or as blocks of sessions.

Blocks of sessions are strictly valid for 2 months only for a block of 6 sessions, 3 months for a block of 12, and 6 months for a block of 24 sessions from the date of the 1st completed session of your chosen block. Unused sessions will no longer be valid after that time.

Under our monthly subscription membership, your service will be active for a minimum of 3 calendar months. Thereafter, you will be able to cancel your membership at any point. If you cancel your membership by the 14th calendar day of the month, the cancellation will apply by the end of that month. Any incomplete sessions in a month, as part of the subscription service, cannot be rolled over to the next month.

24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required for all booked appointments otherwise the client will forfeit the session and full payment will be incurred, regardless of the reason for cancellation. There is a standard no refund policy on all bookings made. If you wish to cancel your sessions with your trainer for any reason, you will not be offered a refund.

Classes can be purchased as single sessions or blocks of 6 valid for 2 months from date of purchase. Blocks of 12 valid for 3 months from date of purchase. Any unused sessions will not be valid after this time. If you are unable to make a scheduled class then you will forfeit your session and full payment will incurred. No refunds will be given or offered.

Attendance for all sessions whether personal training or classes will not begin until correct full payment for the subscription, block or single session, has been made.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The Courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these terms of use in any other relevant country. These terms of use are governed by English law.

A class where we look at common problem areas in sport and strengthening areas of weakness. We focus on lengthening work to reduce tightness and soreness and good techniques & practices to build into your everyday training including self-massage. Teaching you about learning to breathe better and vital rest and relaxation work.

This class is great fun; a yoga practice focused on core (front & back) strength, stability and conditioning work. Improving techniques as well as building suppleness, mobility, balance and support throughout the body. We will also teach breath work, rest and relaxation.

FREE yoga class for all new clients
